Refund policy

1. Credit Note for Returns – A credit note will be issued for returned products.

2. Exchange Policy – Exchange is allowed with items of the same or higher value.

3. Clearance & Garage Sale – Items purchased during clearance or garage sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Super Saver Combos – No return or exchange will be applicable on Super Saver Combos.

5. Return/Exchange Duration – Products can be returned or exchanged within 5–8 days of purchase, except the categories mentioned above.

6. After receiving the returned product in our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
